1. General Terms

By accessing and using our platform and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and comply with Indonesian Law (UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as amended by UU No. 19 Tahun 2016, and PMA business regulations).

• Legal Compliance: All activities conducted through our platform must comply with Indonesian law and regulations. Any violation may result in service termination and potential legal action.

• Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.

• Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years or older to access our services.

• Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in any activity that violates Indonesian law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized financial transactions.

• Royal Members receive a 25% discount on all Royal Services.

• Membership includes automatic eligibility to receive exclusive gifts, in accordance with Indonesian promotional regulations.

• Gifts are provided to members on a periodic basis once there are 100 active members.

• Recipients are selected at random and notified via email or phone.

• Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.

• Members must have an active paid subscription to be eligible for gifts.

• Failure to claim a gift within the designated timeframe results in forfeiture.

• Payments are non-refundable, except where legally required.

• Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships if fraudulent activity is detected.

We offer an Affiliate Partner Program that allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new customers.

• Commission Rate: Royal Affiliate Partners earn 50% commission on first-time sign-ups, calculated after tax deductions and payment provider service fees.

• Payment Method: Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

• Tax Compliance: All commissions are subject to Indonesian tax regulations and applicable deductions.

• Documentation: Partners must provide valid tax identification (NPWP) or equivalent documentation for payouts.

• Only first-time sign-ups qualify for commission payouts.

• Fraudulent sign-ups or self-referrals will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

• Affiliates must comply with Indonesian marketing and business laws.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes regarding commissions will be resolved in accordance with Indonesian commercial law.

• Secure Transactions: Payments are processed securely through approved Indonesian and international payment providers.

• No Refund Policy: Except where required by Indonesian consumer protection laws, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions may result in legal action and account termination.

• Compliance with Indonesian Data Protection Laws (UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022): We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without user consent, except where required by law.

• Marketing Communications: By using our services, you consent to receiving updates, promotions, and relevant service communications. You may opt out at any time.

• Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to evolving cybersecurity threats.

• No Guarantees: Our services are provided as-is without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.

• Legal Indemnification: Users and affiliates agree to indemnify our company from any legal claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from their actions.

• Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be governed by Indonesian law and settled in Indonesian courts or an agreed arbitration forum.

• 7. Voucher Terms & Conditions
  By receiving or using a complimentary voucher issued by Royal Bali Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:                      

• • Validity & Redemption     
  • Free vouchers are valid for up to 2 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
                        •Redemption is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
                            •Blackout periods may apply during peak seasons, public holidays, or special events.                               
  • Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
                                            • Complimentary vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value.     
    • They cannot be exchanged for other goods, services, or credit.                                
  • Subject to Cancellation 
    • Royal Bali Services reserves the right to cancel or void any voucher at its sole discretion.                      
    • Vouchers may become void in the event of:                          
    • Business closure, insolvency, or bankruptcy                     
    • Unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions (force majeure)
    • Suspected misuse, duplication, or fraudulent activity          
  • One-Time Use
    • Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be presented at the time of booking or service confirmation.     
  • No Resale or Duplication
    • Vouchers may not be sold, publicly shared, or copied without written permission from Royal Bali Services.                         
  • Amendments
    • Royal Bali Services may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
